Today we will be looking at the Cuisinart Griddler GR-4. As you probably know, a griddler is an indoor grill. The advantage of the Cuisinart GR-4 Griddler is that it has many functions which will be very useful for you.

The Cuisinart Griddler takes in fact the place of four different appliances. It is a multi-function product which can be used as an open indoor grill, as a simple griddle, as a contact grill but also as a panini grill which is very cool. So basically with it you can cook a wide variety of food such as steaks, pork chops, chicken wings or breasts, bacon, sausage, eggs, panini and even pancakes!

As the griddler is rather compact it can be easily be used in your kitchen or taken with you on holiday if you go camping for example. The cooking surface is made of two coated plates, where one which is flat can be used as a panini press or as an open grill, and where the other is to be used for a contact grill. The two plates are dishwasher safe which saves you up a lot of tiring cleaning up! The only negative point about it is that the coating on the plates is non-stick which means that metal utensils will scratch it easily and wreck the non-stick property of the product. If you use wooden or non-metal utensils you will not have any issues.

Overall, the Cuisinart offers us with its Griddler GR-4 an excellent multi-function compact product which will certainly be of a great use in your kitchen or on holiday!
